Please read these terms carefully before using SupportCrush. If you do not agree to all of these terms, you are not authorized to use the services and should cease use immediately.

  • Accessing the services constitutes full acceptance of these terms.

2. Services Provided

SupportCrush provides a digital matchmaking platform designed to connect individuals requiring support ("Members") with independent support providers ("Support Heroes"). Our platform facilitates the discovery, communication, and initial coordination between these parties to promote meaningful support relationships.

Our core services include the following:

  • Secure profile management for Members and Support Heroes to showcase needs and skills.
  • Advanced algorithm-based matchmaking filtering for compatibility and proximity.
  • Integrated communication tools for private and secure messaging.
  • Facilitation of background check verifications through third-party partners.

Please note that SupportCrush acts solely as a technology provider. We do not employ Support Heroes, nor do we provide healthcare, medical, or direct support services. All support engagements are direct contracts between the Member and the Hero.

3. User Responsibilities and Conduct

To maintain the integrity and safety of the SupportCrush platform, all users must adhere to the following responsibilities and conduct standards:

  • Provide and maintain accurate, current, and complete information for your user profile at all times.
  • Maintain the absolute confidentiality of your account password and restrict access to your account and device.
  • Agree to accept full responsibility for all activities that occur under your account or credentials.
  • Notify SupportCrush immediately of any unauthorized use of your account or any other breach of security.
  • Refrain from utilizing the service for any illegal purposes or to distribute harmful or malicious content.
  • Commit to respectful interactions with all other members and heroes within the SupportCrush community.
  • Abide by all applicable local and international laws regarding online conduct and acceptable content.

4. Intellectual Property Rights

All services, content, and materials provided through the SupportCrush platform—including but not limited to software, designs, logos, text, graphics, and the 'look and feel' of the application—are the exclusive property of SupportCrush or its licensors. These are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

Our Content Ownership
  • Proprietary algorithms and matching technology.
  • The SupportCrush brand name, trademarks, and associated logos.
  • All software code, visual interfaces, and graphic assets.
Your Usage License

We grant you a personal, non-transferable, and non-exclusive license to access and use the app strictly for its intended purpose. You may not reproduce, redistribute, transmit, assign, sell, or modify any portion of our intellectual property without express written consent from SupportCrush. Any feedback or suggestions provided by users may be implemented by us without any obligation of compensation.

5. Disclaimer of Warranties

YOU EXPRESSLY UNDERSTAND AND AGREE THAT:

YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE IS AT YOUR SOLE RISK. THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED ON AN 'AS IS' AND 'AS AVAILABLE' BASIS. SUPPORTCRUSH AND ITS SUBSIDIARIES, AFFILIATES, OFFICERS, EMPLOYEES, AGENTS, PARTNERS AND LICENSORS EXPRESSLY DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING, BUT NOT LIMITED TO THE IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF TITLE, MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

SUPPORTCRUSH AND ITS SUBSIDIARIES, AFFILIATES, OFFICERS, EMPLOYEES, AGENTS, PARTNERS AND LICENSORS MAKE NO WARRANTY THAT:

  • THE SERVICE WILL MEET YOUR REQUIREMENTS;
  • THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, TIMELY, SECURE OR ERROR-FREE;
  • THE RESULTS THAT MAY BE OBTAINED FROM THE USE OF THE SERVICE WILL BE ACCURATE OR RELIABLE;
  • THE QUALITY OF ANY PRODUCTS, SERVICES, INFORMATION OR OTHER MATERIAL PURCHASED OR OBTAINED BY YOU THROUGH THE SERVICE WILL MEET YOUR EXPECTATIONS; AND
  • ANY ERRORS IN THE SOFTWARE WILL BE CORRECTED.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, SupportCrush and its affiliates, officers, employees, agents, and partners shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses.

  • Your access to or use of (or inability to access or use) the Services;
  • Any conduct or content of any third party on the Services, including without limitation, any defamatory, offensive, or illegal conduct;
  • Any content obtained from the Services;
  • Unauthorized access, use, or alteration of your transmissions or content.

In no event shall the aggregate liability of SupportCrush exceed the greater of one hundred US dollars ($100.00) or the amount you paid us, if any, in the past six months for the services giving rise to the claim. The limitations of this section shall apply to any theory of liability, whether based on warranty, contract, statute, tort (including negligence) or otherwise, whether or not SupportCrush has been informed of the possibility of any such damage.

7. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

The rules of the land ensure our platform remains a safe, clicking support community. These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the country where SupportCrush is registered, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

We always aim to resolve disagreements with an easy, friendly chat first. If a dispute cannot be resolved through our standard SupportCrush channels, we use a simple and fair path for resolution:

  • Arbitration Preference: Most disputes are settled through binding arbitration rather than in court.
  • Individual Basis Only: You agree to resolve disputes with us only on an individual basis and not as a class action.
  • Fair Procedures: All proceedings are conducted using fair legal procedures that are transparent for all users.

8. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will provide at least 30 days' notice prior to any new terms taking effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion.

By continuing to access or use our Service after those revisions become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised terms. If you do not agree to the new terms, please stop using the Service.
